Friction Audit
Business Systems & Ecosystem Review

Your voice is human. Your business should not require you to function like a machine.

If your business depends on you to remember, repeat, connect, and manually hold everything together, the issue is not effort. It’s design.

The Friction Audit is a focused review of your business systems to identify where friction exists and where manual effort is replacing systems.

Why Your Business Feels Heavier Than It Should And Where Systems Need to Take Over

What We Review in the Friction Audit

During the audit, we review:

  • How work actually moves through your business

  • Where decisions and processes live only in your head

  • Where manual effort exists because systems were never designed

  • Where your voice and insight are being diluted by operational noise

  • Where friction is quietly draining energy and momentum

This is about seeing the system clearly, not fixing everything at once.

What This Audit Clarifies

  • Where your business relies on memory instead of systems

  • Where manual work is compensating for missing infrastructure

  • Where your time is being consumed by work that should be automated or simplified

  • Where your voice belongs strategically, not operationally

  • What needs to change first and what can wait

F.A.Q.'s

What is included in the Friction Audit?

The Friction Audit is a live, interactive review of your business systems and ecosystem.

During the audit, we work together to determine:

What can and should be systematized

Where manual effort is replacing structure

Where your business is in friction with your stated goals

Where your time, energy, and attention are being misallocated

What is structurally misaligned or missing

This is an in-depth working session, not a surface-level overview. The focus is on clarity, prioritization, and seeing the system accurately so you know what actually needs to change.

Is this coaching or consulting?

No.

This is not coaching, mindset work, or accountability.
It is also not traditional consulting or implementation.

The Friction Audit is a diagnostic audit.

Its purpose is to surface structural issues, identify system gaps, clarify where effort should stop and structure should begin. If implementation or deeper work makes sense, that is a separate decision and only happens if you choose to move forward.

What happens after I book?

After booking, you will receive:

A scheduling link for your live audit

Brief prep instructions, if needed

No presentation is required.
You do not need to organize your business in advance. The audit is designed to meet you where you are.

If I decide to work more deeply with you, is the audit fee credited?

Yes.

If you choose to move forward with deeper work using the Finally systems, the $497 Friction Audit fee is credited toward that engagement.

There is no obligation to continue. The audit stands on its own and delivers value regardless.

Is the Friction Audit required to work with you?

No.

However, many clients choose to start here because it creates a shared understanding of their business before any systems are designed or built.

It ensures decisions are made from clarity, not assumptions.

Who is this audit best suited for?

The Friction Audit is best suited for business owners who:

- Feel over-involved in day-to-day operations

- Sense that systems should be doing more than they are

- Want structural answers instead of more strategies

- Are preparing for growth and want it to feel sustainable
