Let the Sun Shine In

Every single time

And I mean every single time

That I open the drapes and it is a bright sunshining day

This song comes out of my mouth.

As I posted this and relistened to the original instead of the one in my head, I hear the devil referenced and this was not something I ever thought about.

If we take the idea that we can choose what we focus on, we can choose our thoughts, we can choose our perception - even when it feels like we are drowning and we feel overwhelmed - especially then - we can let the sun shine into our lives.

There is always SOMETHING that is bright and filled with love and light in our lives, even if its only the sunshine, or a flower, or a memory, or even a song from your childhood.

We have the power of CHOICE.

Actually that is the only power we really do have and it is more powerful than we have ever been lead to believe.
