The woman behind the work
I see what the business is asking one person to carry.
I am an author, methodology creator, founder-intelligence strategist, business ecosystem architect, speaker, and the founder of Finally Business Systems.
The Business Version
I spent most of my corporate career working across the whole business, not in one narrow lane. I worked in sales, operations, purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, root-cause corrective action, technology, client onboarding, project management, change management, people management, and client experience. I built sales teams, managed large projects, and was often the person in the middle when a new client came into the organization and their way of working had to be integrated into ours.
That meant I had to understand what sales had promised, what the client expected, what operations could actually deliver, what purchasing and logistics needed, what technology could support, what quality standards had to be protected, and what the people doing the work needed to know. I worked in B2B, B2C, manufacturing, distribution, retail, direct sales, and service-based businesses, so I saw the buyer journey from every side of the business system, not just from marketing or sales.
When I started building my own business, I realized how much I did not know about founder-led business. I had to learn websites, funnels, CRM systems, automation, digital delivery, content, integrations, and eventually AI. I also ran into many of the same problems I now help other founders solve. Too much lived in my head. Too much depended on me. I was the strategy, the memory, the follow-up, the relationship, the content source, and the person trying to connect everything.
The turning point came when I stopped treating the technology as something separate from everything I already knew. I started applying forty years of corporate experience to the tools that were now available. I brought together sales, operations, the buyer journey, SOPs, root-cause corrective action, continuous improvement, people, process, and technology.
That is where Finally came from.
Finally is the result of extracting my own founder intelligence and turning it into something the business can actually use. One of the things I enjoy most is bringing the practical parts of corporate business into founder-led companies without making them feel heavy or bureaucratic. SOPs, corrective action, and continuous improvement are not about creating paperwork. They are about keeping what works, fixing what keeps breaking, and building a business that can learn without requiring the founder to carry everything.
The body of work
My work is expressed through several connected brands and platforms.
You Are Not the System
The methodology, books, courses, workshops, and educational pathway that help founders recognize dependency and understand what their business must learn to carry.
Finally Business Systems
The high-level diagnostic, business architecture, strategic design, and implementation work that turns founder intelligence into usable infrastructure.
The Finally Feeling Podcast
Conversations about the lived experience beneath building, leading, changing, and becoming.
Finally Podcast Automation System
The architecture that helps a podcast carry voice, knowledge, buyer movement, relationships, and business value without adding more manual weight to the founder.
Unlearn the Crap
The earlier personal-transformation body of work exploring beliefs, healing, resilience, identity, and the patterns people must release to live more fully.
These are not unrelated projects. They are different expressions of the same lifelong question:
What is operating beneath the visible experience, and what becomes possible when we finally make it visible?
The Personal Version
My business journey really started with my healing journey.
After a complete physical and mental health breakdown, I could not keep living the way I had been living. Like many people, 2020 and COVID brought things to the surface that had been easy to push aside before. The old way of doing things no longer worked, and I knew I had to look at my life differently.
Writing the Unlearn the Crap trilogy became part of that process. The books came from my own healing, my own patterns, and the things I had to question about identity, relationships, beliefs, expectations, and the ways we learn to live inside systems that no longer fit us.
For more than forty years, I have studied people and patterns from many different directions. Business, biology, psychology, neuroscience, human behaviour, communication, relationships, healing, consciousness, energy work, Human Design, astrology, and quantum physics have all been part of that curiosity. I am a certified neurobiofeedback practitioner and certified in The Body Code, and I used that work personally as part of understanding my own body, behaviour, and patterns.
I also attended retreats, seminars, workshops, and programs led by more than 100 teachers and thought leaders, including Wayne Dyer, Paul Scheele, Bruce Lipton, T. Harv Eker, Theresa Bullard, Brendon Burchard, and Robert Kiyosaki. I was never interested in collecting names. I was always looking for the thread between the ideas and for what actually held up in real life.
Over time, I began to see that my personal work and my business work were not separate. The same patterns showed up in both. People carry things their environment should be helping them hold. Founders carry things their business should be helping them hold. Insight matters, but if the structure stays the same, the result usually does too.
When I combined what I had learned personally with what I knew from corporate and what I had learned about technology, my life’s work started to make sense. My healing journey became the beginning of my business journey, and Finally became the place where all of those parts came together.
Beyond the Work
I am also a mother of two, a son and a daughter, and a grandmother of two grandsons. Family is part of how I understand responsibility, legacy, love, complexity, and the long arc of the choices we make.
Outside of work, I love to cook, travel, learn, dance, explore cultures, and discover places through their food.
I am a committed foodie. I love the experience of a meal that tells you something about the people, history, land, and culture behind it. Few things make me happier than a great dinner party with fantastic food, thoughtful people, and the kind of conversation that keeps everyone at the table long after the plates have been cleared.
I love learning for its own sake. I love discovering how people live, what they believe, what they celebrate, how they gather, and what they pass from one generation to the next.
I love music that makes it impossible to stay seated. I love travel that changes how I see something I thought I already understood.
I love ideas, but I also love experience. The work matters deeply to me. So does living.
Closing
This is the work I was always doing.
Long before I had the language of founder intelligence, business architecture, or You Are Not the System, I was studying the relationship between people, patterns, decisions, structures, and outcomes.
Now that work has a name. It has a methodology. It has a business. It has books, conversations, systems, and a growing ecosystem built to carry it beyond me.
The work is professional. It is also personal. It is the result of what I have studied, lived, questioned, built, unlearned, and finally learned how to name.
