Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay for the coaching services in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Payment details, including amounts, schedules, and acceptable methods of payment, will be specified in the individual service agreements.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than the specified notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these terms, RiseUP Coaching and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

Publicly performing and/or showing any website material. Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to RiseUP Coaching. These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
