Short Bio
Full Bio
Kathy Baldwin is an author, methodology creator, founder intelligence strategist, business ecosystem architect, speaker, and the founder of Finally Business Systems.
For more than forty years, she has studied how people think, communicate, decide, lead, build trust, and create results. Her professional experience spans corporate environments, entrepreneurship, coaching, publishing, media, podcasting, sales, operations, client experience, technology, and business systems.
She helps founders recognize where their business depends on their memory, translation, judgment, and constant availability. By turning that founder intelligence into clear architecture, she allows the business to carry the load so the founder does not have to.
Her work is expressed through a connected ecosystem including the You Are Not the System methodology, Finally Business Systems, The Finally Feeling Podcast, and her earlier personal-transformation body of work, Unlearn the Crap.
