You Are Not the System
The founder is not the operating system.
I wrote You Are Not the System after recognizing how many founders are carrying the memory, decisions, relationships, follow-up, judgment, and daily coordination their business has never been designed to hold.
The book explores founder dependency, buyer journeys, business logic, systems, automation, and AI. It also shows why technology cannot repair what the business has never clearly defined.
This book grew from the work of extracting my own founder intelligence and turning more than forty years of business experience into a methodology, business, and connected ecosystem.
Key themes:
- • Recognizing founder dependency
- • Extracting founder intelligence
- • Designing the business before automating it
- • Separating human work from system work
- • Building infrastructure that can carry more of the business
The Personal Journey Behind the Work
The Unlearn the Crap Trilogy
The Unlearn the Crap trilogy began after a complete physical and mental health breakdown made it impossible for me to continue living within the same beliefs, expectations, and patterns. What began as a healing journey eventually became a more self-directed way of living, learning, and building.

Unlearn the Crap
About Personal Success and Empowerment
This was the beginning of questioning the beliefs, expectations, identities, and rules I had absorbed from family, culture, education, relationships, and society.
The book is about recognizing that many of the beliefs shaping our lives were never consciously chosen. It invites readers to question what they have been taught, decide what remains true for them, and begin defining success, purpose, peace, and personal empowerment for themselves.
How I Unlearned My Crap
And Levelled Up Because My Soul Was Calling
This is the personal story behind the first book.
It follows the breakdown, relationships, beliefs, experiences, and patterns that brought me to the point where I could no longer continue living the way I had been living. It is the story of beginning to understand what I was carrying, where it came from, and what healing required me to face and change.
It was not a polished journey with a clean beginning and ending. It was the process of questioning my identity, learning boundaries, taking responsibility for my life, and listening to the part of me that knew something had to change.

The Unlearned Life
The Unlearned Life is what came next.
As I continued healing, AI and technology were changing what was possible. I began using these tools to research, learn, question, organize my thinking, recognize patterns, and become more active in directing my own life.
The book brings healing, technology, self-awareness, and personal responsibility together. It explores how AI can support people in becoming more informed and self-directed without replacing their judgment, intuition, or responsibility for the choices they make.
It is about using the tools now available to better understand ourselves, make decisions, and build lives that reflect who we are becoming rather than continuing to live from what we were taught.
One journey led to the next.
The trilogy began by questioning what I had been taught, moved through understanding how those beliefs and patterns had shaped my life, and continued into learning how healing, knowledge, AI, and technology could help me become more self-directed.
You Are Not the System carries that work into business by asking founders to examine what they are still carrying, what the business has learned to depend on them for, and what becomes possible when their experience and expertise are finally made visible.
